Katie Beckett Program
The Katie Beckett Program makes it possible for children with disabilities to receive the care they need at home instead of in a facility. Families can choose between two options:
Part A (Medicaid Coverage): Full Medicaid benefits for children with complex medical needs who qualify for institutional-level care but can live safely at home. This ensures access to medical care, therapies, and nursing support without the burden of facility placement.
Part B (Monthly Stipend): Financial support for children with disabilities who do not qualify for Medicaid. The monthly stipend helps families cover medical expenses, therapy, and other essential care needs.
This program gives families peace of mind and helps children grow in a safe, familiar home environment.
